Position Summary
As a Technical Sales Representative – Cleanroom Solutions & Design, you will be the face of our modular cleanroom solutions, presenting them to clients across various industries. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, designing customized cleanroom solutions, providing accurate pricing and proposals, and achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Goal Setting: Develop and monitor sales goals that align with company objectives, focusing on modular cleanroom solutions and design.
- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying and cultivating opportunities to expand our cleanroom solutions and design offerings.
- Cleanroom Design & Technical Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, regulatory requirements, and industry specifications to design cleanroom solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Proposal & Pricing Development: Create detailed proposals, including technical design specifications, pricing breakdowns, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budgets.
- Relationship Development: Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our cleanroom products, services, and designs.
- New Business Generation: Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential client networks, particularly in industries requiring controlled environments.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction with our cleanroom solutions.
- Reporting & Metrics: Report on the status of accounts and pipeline to leadership, providing insights into sales metrics and forecasts.
- Sales Process Management: Qualify existing and prospective clients, set appointments, conduct effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to closure.
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to existing and prospective clients, showcasing our modular cleanroom designs and capabilities.
- Collaboration with Engineering & Manufacturing: Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed cleanroom designs align with manufacturing capabilities and project feasibility.
- CRM Maintenance: Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and notes in the CRM application.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, life sciences, business, or a related field preferred.
- Sales & Design Experience: Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving established goals and quotas, with a strong understanding of cleanroom design.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the cleanroom industry, modular construction, and relevant regulatory standards (ISO, FDA, GMP, etc.).
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand, develop, and explain technical aspects of cleanroom design and functionality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of accountability.
Position may require travel to the customer’s location and/or project sites, which may require overnight stays.

Compensation: Base + Uncapped Bonus
$75,000 - $150,000
