POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Management Leader is responsible for ensuring superior customer service levels are consistently planned, delivered, measured, and continually improved upon from presale/estimate risk review (ERR) through project completion and customer sign off. This role oversees the strategy and success of the project management department within the business. The PM Leader works to ensure individual projects are aligned with the larger goals of the organization and can create a blueprint for how those goals can be achieved as a project management team every time. Also responsible for ensuring timely and quality completion and delivery of products by supporting customers and field sales teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees and manages all aspects of the Project Management department; ensures established customer service standards are met and customer loyalty is gained.
- Role models the company cultural standard for accountability and responsiveness.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders in defining the scope and objectives of all projects and goals for the department.
- Ensures resource availability and allocations through proper planning and tools.
- Reviews project budgets prior to projects starting and after completion.
- Reviews project tasks are completed on time
- Reviews project performance metrics with the team and creates processes to maximize profitability.
- Creates and implements any tools/tasks needed in software programs being used.
- Creates and regular reviews project schedules.
- Provides support to our customers and field sales teams
- Identifies and develops any future services needed by our customers.
- Provides accurate forecasting for project revenue.
- Participates in strategic planning with the leadership team.
- Participates in all leadership meetings and assignments.
- Determines department’s annual operating budget.
- Reviews and approves expenses for department.
- Holds regular staff meetings.
- Promotes a positive working environment conducive to a team atmosphere in alignment with the Allied Modular culture.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Construction/ Architectural Project Experience Required
- Proven leadership skills
- At least 5 years in project or program
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- High degree of customer service and responsiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to travel
- Ability to read and understand drawings
